Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Find My Crew ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The competition commences at 7:00 am (ACST) on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm (ACST) on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to anyone currently residing in Australia.

• Employees of Find My Crew and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
   

4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, entrants must:

• Download the Find My Crew app; and

• Create a free Find My Crew account during the Promotion Period.

Users who created a Find My Crew account before the Promotion Period commenced will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional entries is not permitted and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize
There is one (1) prize available:
$500 AUD cash.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any other benefit.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw on Friday, 28 August 2026.
The winner will be notified via SMS using the mobile phone number associated with their Find My Crew account.
The winner may also be announced on Find My Crew's social media channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, Find My Crew reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

7. Privacy
By entering this competition, entrants consent to Find My Crew collecting and using their personal information solely for the purpose of administering this competition, in accordance with the Find My Crew Privacy Policy.

8. General Conditions

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Standard mobile data and internet charges may apply.

• Find My Crew reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

• Find My Crew reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information, creates multiple accounts to increase their chances of winning, tampers with the entry process, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• Find My Crew reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent it from being conducted as planned.
   

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Find My Crew accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, network failures, lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the operation of this competition or the awarding of the prize.

10. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
